Spare wheel door seal.

The original seal was fabric sheet backing very thin rubber sheet. It was folded over a length of sponge rubber chord.

This version is a 1mm thick sheet of neoprene to be folded over the supplied 4mm sponge rubber chord.

This seal is made in 3 lengths, to fit around the top of the door, separated by the hinges. Tacked into position.

It is positioned recessed, so that it seals between the 2 timbers, and is not visible when the hatch is closed. The photo with part of an original seal, gives you an approximate illustration.

Length supplied is approx. 1 metre (39 inches) of both the strip and the chord.

The 2 sections that go around the upper corners of the hatch, should be 178mm (7 inches) long, judging by my original seal.
