These were used to secure the access panels to the rear of each front wing. 2 for each side. Many ACs have had this area modified, so you might not find these on your AC? These access panels are handy when bleeding the brakes, since you can see the front brakes while pressing the pedal.

The nuts are paired with coach bolts permanently fitted into the access panels.
