These are one of the more rare sizes of BA screws: 3BA. Steel versions of these were used to secure the fuel gauge sender unit to the top of the fuel tank. These brass versions should last better and maintain earth contact.

As an added precaution, you might consider adding an earth lead from one of these screws to the aluminium seat support frame?
