Bonnet rubber seal.

Unique to AC, this seal for the rear of the bonnet has been specially commissioned with new tooling.

Note that most AC Bucklands did not have this type of seal, except possibly some of the later AC built versions.

These new ones are made from EPDM rubber for long life.

The ends will need trimming to fit into the recesses between bulkhead and wings. You need to trim part of the lip at each end. You will also need to cut a small section out of the front to accommodate the bonnet hinge bracket. See the photos of the seal being test fitted on my AC.

If the bonnet is tight on the vertical sections, you might need to slightly shave off some material on the front lip?

It is best to slightly heat up the rubber where it bends tightly, especially if installing in cold weather.

AC originally fixed these down with copper escutcheon pins, angled rearwards into the plywood bulkhead. This probably accelerated rotting of the bulkhead. It is difficult to fix down with sealant alone, because it has to bend around the tight corners. Your bulkhead needs to be in good condition to either pin or screw it down. You could combine using a suitable adhesive with stainless steel screws or pins and make sure the fixing holes are sealed well? Maybe red rubber grease would work to seal in screws/pins? Any customer feedback or suggestions, would be welcome.
