This panel is made from mild steel, 20swg (0.9mm) thickness. It has a few drainage holes, plus an extra hole on the left for a rubber grommet where the wiring passes through (for the number-plate). The panel is screwed to the wood frame rear cross-member, and a wooden batten on the chassis cross-member.
