Timing Chain Wheel
The timing chain wheel resting on the perch provided for when the cylinder-head is removed. The chain wheel has a pair of off-set location holes to make sure that it goes back onto the camshaft the right way. You can see the top of the patented chain tensioner poking out of the block. You have to be careful to get this inside the cylinder-head during reassembly.
