Cloth covered card edge trim that fits above each door, concealing the edge of the headcloth. The small circular imprint is from one of the fittings for the rear blind control string, on the right-hand trim only.
These edge trim cards are fixed to the wood frame with panel pins, and then the cloth is folded down to conceal the pins, and tucked under the varnish wood trim.
