Brake expander for rear mechanical brakes.
One of the plungers with its roller (the roller fits into the slot at the righthand end of the plunger).
Expander cone. When the brake rod pulls this, it forces out the 2 plungers.
This is one of the two nuts securing a brake expander to the backplate. There's a double coil spring washer, and a thin self-locking nut that must not be fully tightened.
